Darlings!! I’m absolutely pinching myself to finally get to share with you the holiday retail bag I illustrated for the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman this year!! The design is inspired by their extraordinary Pastry Chef’s vision, and I could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. Yesterday morning we celebrated the official unveiling of the edible life-size, gingerbread house, with a ribbon cutting ceremony. I got to speak a bit about my inspiration, followed by a “Meet The Artist” print and poster signing session.
It was so lovely being able to chat with so many guests and locals from the island about the creative process, my career, and secret gems here on the island!! This is my first time seeing my art turned into a retail shopping bag and it’s been one of my longgg standing goals. I feel like I’m living in a dream right now. Nobody wake me up!! So much more to come, my loves!! Stay tuned!!
